Smart Phone : My phone's speed is slowing down

If you have downloaded many applications, the speed of your smartphone may become slower. To resolve this issue, please do the following:
1. Please delete and rearrange the unused application.
2. Upgrading the firmware of the device can resolve speed issue too, thus, upgrade your device to the latest version.

You can use Kies from www.samsung.com/kies to upgrade your device.


Once the Kies is installed and running, Click on Help, then Kies help.
