Question : How to run a network status test for Smart TV?

 

Answer : To run a networks status test on a customers TV have the customer follow these steps.


1. Press Menu button, go to network -> Network status.

- 


2. The Network Status test will finish and show the status of your network connection.

- 

 

※ Tip : If you are using a manual network configuration you can select IP settings and make adjustments
to your network settings.

 

If X marked between the TV and wireless router, reset the TV or contact Samsung support for assistance

If X marked between the wirelss router and Network, contact your local ISP
