* Please note, this section is designed to give you basic product troubleshooting information, also refer to your user manual for more information.

The device has a built-in wireless charging coil. You can charge the battery using a wireless charger (sold separately).

To charge your Galaxy S6 Edge+ by using the Wireless charging pad, place the center of the device’s back on the center of the charging pad. You can check the remaining charge time on the screen. The actual remaining time may vary depending on the charging conditions. After fully charging the device, disconnect the device from the wireless charger.

Take note of the following:
■ While charging the device, the fan inside the wireless charger will activate to cool the charger

■ You can reduce noise by deactivating the fan (To deactivate, open the Apps screen, tap Settings → Accessory, and then tap the Fast wireless charging switch to deactivate it. Turning off the fan will result in a slower charging speed)

■ When there are foreign materials between the device and the wireless charging pad, the device may not charge properly

■ If you use the wireless charging pad in areas with weak network signals, you may lose network reception

■ Use Samsung-approved wired chargers (If you use other wired chargers, the battery may not charge properly)

■ To charge the device with best performance, please place the mobile device on the exact center of the charging pad
