What to do if the TV powers ON but does not operate?

Symptom & Cause:

 

TV freezes / Auto restart / TV not responding on Remote control / Goes on standby

 

 

Cause and Solution:

 

 1) The TV freezes  when a wireless network is connected. Some router may not be compatible and sending a packet to TV without proper information.

     - Update the TV to its latest firmware via USB

     - Unplug the wall outlet, wait for 10 seconds and plug again.

2) The TV auto start after 5 minutes or more. The firmware might have been corrupted or other programs conflicts with the TV commands.

     - Update the TV to its latest firmware via USB

     - If TV auto start less than 5 minutes , call our help line.

 

3) TV will automatically turn to Standby after certain period.

     - The TV will go to standby if there is no input signal for 5 minutes

     - The TV will go to standby after a certain period  if sleep timer is turned ON

        Menu->System->Time->Sleep Timer

 

     - The TV will go to standby after 4 hours if the Eco solution in ON

        Menu->System->Eco Solution

 

4) TV power on but not responding to Remote control

     - The TV need sometime to boot up and may not respond immediately from the remote control.

     -  Press any button on the remote control directed towards the TV infrared receiver located at the bottom right or bottom middle of the TV. If it blinks then remote is working but TV is not responding.
