IE9 - How to add a website to the Start menu

You can add your favorite websites to the Start menu so that you can access them with a single click, as you would for a program or document stored on your computer.

1.  Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button . In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then click Internet Explorer in the list of results.

2.  Click the Tools button , point to File, and then click Add site to Start menu.

    *Tip*

    To pin the website to the Start menu, click Start, type the name in the search box, and then right-click the website in the list of results, and click Pin to Start Menu.
