When the percentage of memory usage reaches over 90%, some programs don't work properly due to the lack of memory.

Why does it happen?

IntelliMemory reserves about 50% of system memory as a caching area (by design) and when other programs require a lot of memory, IntelliMemory should stop working and release some memory but this sometimes does not function properly

How to fix it

This problem happens with IntelliMemory 1.0.26 and has been resolved from version 1.0.30 and up. Customers can update this through the SW Update. But there is no difference when memory usage is high, so customers who want to get back all of the memory regardless of IntelliMemory’s performance improvement, should uninstall the IntelliMemory program from their PCs.

- Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall IntelliMemory

How to check the current memory usage in the Task Manager

1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del.
2. Click Task Manager.
3. Click More details.
4. Select the Performance tab.
