Fail setting up Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync

Q : When I try to set an account of new Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, it fails. What should I do for this problem?

A : Please check that whether the account that you are using is supported in Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync (EAS). Service of Gmail account has been stopped in Microsoft EAS. Therefore, use the other mail account except Gmail account for new Microsoft EAS.
