How to fix WiFi Problems?

How to fix WIFI connection issues?
 
Some Internet service providers and countries block certain websites making it difficult to connect to network. If you are facing issues connecting to your Apps we recommend that you used Google DNS and configure your TV your DNS server setting to 8.8.8.8

Steps:

1 Open the Settings Menu on the TV and Select Network
2 Select Network Status
3 Open IP settings
4 Change DNS server to Enter Manually and DNS setting to 8.8.8.8
5 Click OK once your done and run your Apps again.

If you're having trouble connecting to a network on your TV, try these tips and tricks:

 

The wireless network connection has failed.

  • Make sure your wireless modem/router is on and connected to the internet.

 

The wireless network signal is too weak.

  • Place your wireless router or access point in a central location. Try to avoid putting it in a corner. We recommend placing the router no more than 15 metres away from your TV.
  • Use a wireless repeater to boost your wireless signal strength. Place the repeater halfway between your router and your TV.

 

No network found.

  • Make sure the ethernet cable is plugged into your TV and router/modem correctly.
  • Make sure your router/modem is turned on.
  • Try resetting your router/modem.

 

Connected to a local network, but not to the Internet.

  • Make sure the ethernet cable is connected to your router/modem's external LAN port.

 

Network setup is complete, but unable to connect to the Internet. 

  • If the problem persists, contact your internet service provider.

 

Try Connecting to a Different Wireless Network.

The internet connection problem on your Samsung TV may have two scenarios.

  • Your TV is able to find available networks but can’t connect to any of them.
  • Samsung TV is not detecting any wireless network at all.

 

If you want to troubleshoot the things mentioned above, you should try to connect your TV to different networks. For example, if your TV is not connecting to your WiFi router, try a different network. The easiest way is to try connecting to a mobile hotspot. If you have failed your attempt to connect to a hotspot using a smartphone, try connecting to another phone or router.
