I want to reset Smart Hub setting. How can I do that?

When resetting Samsung Smart hub all downloaded Apps are initialized; User accounts and setting are erased from the memory and all Smart Hub settings will revert to factory default. Smart Hub then restarts as if it were starting for the first time. Your account, however, remains on the smart hub server. To log into your account, enter your ID and password on the login after the reset.

Reset Smart Hub on your TV if you are experiencing some of the below issues : 

- Smart Hub is not working Properly.
- Apps are not loading.
- Some Apps are missing or fail to load
- Only particular Apps is not working but the rest of the Apps are working

Step 1: Open the Menu
Step 2: Select Smart Features
Step 3: Select Smart Hub Reset  
Step 4: Input the Pincode. (If one has not been set, enter the default code: 0000)

Once you the "Reset Complete" message is displayed, Smart Hub has been reset.
Time may vary depending on the number of Applications previously installed.
