Promotion Terms & Conditions


Entrants must be New Zealand residents, currently residing in New Zealand.
One entry per person. Entrants must be 18 years or over at the time of entry to qualify.
Entrants may be asked for their full name, phone number, email, physical address and IMEI number or other information required by the Promoter.
As a condition of entry, entrants consent to receiving Samsung marketing communications, which you can unsubscribe to at any time. Samsung's use of your personal information (if any), is governed by the Privacy Act 1993 and Samsung's privacy policy which is available at http://www.samsung.com/nz/info/privacy/ and which form part of these Terms. Entries may be promoted by Samsung, including the entrant's name, on Samsung social media platforms.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Monthly prize draws will take place from June – December 2017. The monthly prize winner will be selected at random and be notified on the first business day of the following month via the channel their entry was submitted. If no response is received within 5 business days an alternative winner will be selected.
To verify the entry, the prize winners will need to supply the valid IMEI number of their Galaxy S8 or S8+ device of which they have reviewed.
The draw and the Promoter's decision in relation to any draw and this competition are final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
Prize winners will be required to send photo ID in the form of a NZ Driver’s Licence or Passport.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the Promoter's New Zealand branch office, participating retailers, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
Samsung reserves the right to verify the validity of entries & to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these terms & conditions.
The Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify the promotion or any part of the promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control adversely affects the Promoter's ability to conduct the promotion or part of the promotion as contemplated in these terms and conditions, subject to any written directions from any regulatory authority.
