PROMO MECHANICS

Program Registration (July 3-9, 2017)

1. Selected individuals shall receive an electronic invite to participate in the exclusive Galaxy A Try & Buy Program and to register online from July 3-9, 2017.
2. Invited customers visit the registration page online from July 3-9, 2017 and enter their contact information, selected Galaxy A model and dealer store for pick-up and payment of device.
3. To qualify for participation in the Try & Buy program, registered customers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of registration, must be a legal Philippine resident, and must be able to present a valid government-issued identification card upon pick-up and payment of device.

Device Claiming (July 12- 18, 2017)

1. Qualified and registered customers must proceed to the respective dealer store they selected upon registration from July 12-18, 2017. Availability of device subject to in-store stock.
2. To avail of the device and participate in the Try & Buy program, customers must accomplish the following at the store:
a. Accomplish and sign the (a) Galaxy A Try & Buy Terms & Conditions Form and (b) Device Acknowledgement Form
b. Pay the full cost of the preferred device either through cash, credit card straight payment or installment (subject to available payment options at the selected dealer store).
3. The test period of fourteen (14) calendar days will commence starting from the date the (a) Galaxy A Try & Buy Terms & Conditions Form and (b) Device Acknowledgement Form are accomplished and signed.

Device Repairs

1. Customers with devices that require repair or replacement may bring the device to the selected dealer store for evaluation and repair or replacement. Devices will only be eligible for replacement until the seventh (7th) day of the test period.
2. Dealer store will repair or replace the device as soon as possible for another fourteen (14) day test period starting from the date the new or repaired device is issued to the customer, provided that the customer presents a technical report from a Samsung Service Center.
3. Customers shall be limited to only one (1) replacement or repair during the test period.

Device Return and Refund

1. The device must be returned within five (5) calendar days after the expiry of the 14-day test period at the same dealer store where customer purchased the device. Prior to returning the device, the Customer must call the same dealer store at least one (1) day in advance of their intended date of return. Complete in-box accessories must be returned within five (5) calendar days after the expiry of the test period.
2. If the device is not returned within five (5) calendar days after the expiration of the test period, then dealer will consider the device as a sold item and customer will no longer be eligible for refund.
3. In order to avail of the refund, customer must accomplish the (a) Return Acknowledgement Form and (b) Device Refund Form. Refund will be made either through cash or credit card at the dealer’s discretion.
4. In the event the device is returned with damages, customer shall be charged the following:

5. Should the device have any damages due to factory defects (to be taken within the 7day return period), participants must obtain a technical report from the Samsung Service Center and surrender with the device upon return. All devices with factory defects presented with a technical report from the Samsung Service Center will NOT be subject to damage fees.
