Product Installation and Demonstration

  1. 1. Call SAMSUNG Customer Contact Center at 1-800-10 SAMSUNG (1-800-10-7267864) to make an appointment upon delivery within two (2) weeks from date of purchase.
  2. 2. Each product purchased entitles customer to one-time demonstration service on the functions and usage of the product.
  3. 3. Proof of purchase must be presented during visit prior to the demonstration.
  4. 4. Demonstration service is applicable only for new purchases.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. 1. Your unit and components contained there in are fully warranted against defective material and manufacturing faults under our product warranty guide from date of purchase.
  2. 2. To obtain warranty protection, notice of the alleged defects must be given promptly upon discovery and this warranty card must be presented with dated proof of purchase (tax invoice / receipt) to our service personnel at the time of service.
  3. 3. This warranty is not valid unless the owner / buyer of this unit shall, within 7 days of purchase, send the "Manufacturer" portion of this warranty card duly completed to SAMSUNG Asia Pte Ltd for registration.
  4. 4. Our decision on all questions relating to complaints as a result of defects, either workmanship or materials, shall be conclusive and you shall agree to abide by such a decision. Any unit or defective part which has been replaced shall become our property.
  5. 5. The terms and conditions of this warranty shall be contained exclusively in this document and no other presentation of provision, either written or otherwise, regardless of the origin of the same, shall be accepted as either adding or subtracting from these terms and conditions.
  6. 6. By submitting your unit for repair, you are deemed to have waived any claims of compensation, monetary or otherwise, which you may be entitled to and are deemed to agree to accept any compensation whatsoever, by way of additional repair or otherwise, which in our absolute discretion we may deem fit to offer. The giving of compensation under this paragraph shall be subject to the provisions in this warranty.
  7. 7. In addition to the above, our service personnel reserve all the rights to refuse to attend to any equipments installed in inaccessible location or installed at places where air is exposed to chemical fumes or workman problems are found on external field piping and insulation materials.
  8. 8. SAMSUNG reserves the right to charge a service fee for out of warranty repair / service of any nature and shall not be deemed liable if the conditions are not met.

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  1. 1. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, tempering or failure of the purchaser to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the user's manual.
  2. 2. Defects or damage due to spillage of food / liquids or wrong usage of electrical supply & voltage.
  3. 3. Damage, losses, defects or malfunction as a result of fire, flood or other Acts of God.
  4. 4. Normal wear & tear, corrosion, rusting or stains.
  5. 5. Defects & damage arising from improper testing, operation, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment or any alteration or modification of any kind.
  6. 6. Scratches & damage to the outer surfaces areas and externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer use.
  7. 7. General maintenance & routine servicing.
  8. 8. Claims for damaged / missing parts after 7 days from the original date of purchase.
  9. 9. If any part or parts of the unit are replaced with a part or parts not supplied or approved by us or the unit has been dismantled or repaired by any person other than SAMSUNG authorized technician.
  10. 10. Equipment / Product which has serial number removed or made illegible / tampered.
  11. 11. If the warranty card is being altered, defaced or erased in any manner whatsoever.
