Preloaded applications are needed to be re-installed after factory reset.

 

The grey icons means the applications are not installed yet.

When the device is connected to Wi-Fi, the applications will be downloaded automatically.

Or If you want to download via 3G/4G, please tap and drag the notification bar, tap and drag.
