Computer does not recognize your camera

1. Ensure that the USB cable is connected correctly.

2. Ensure that the camera is switched on.

3. Ensure that you are using a supported operating system.

4. You must plug the small end of the USB cable into your camera.

5. If you cannot solve your issue, please visit the Samsung service center with your camera and battery, USB cable.
