My Air Conditioner Displays E101 In The Display Panel And Won't Turn On

E101 is a communication error between the indoor and outdoor unit. Data is not being transferred from indoor to outdoor or vice versa.

 

In this case, Turn off the circuit breaker for 5 minutes to reset the program. However, if the problem still occurs, you need to call our Customer Contact Center to request for a service technician who can check the unit.
