When will my order be ready for Collection if I have selected the Self Pick-Up Option?

The date and time for the collection of the Self Pick-up orders will be communicated to you by the Samsung Customer Support team via email/call. You are advised to not visit the Collection Point before you have received the confirmation of time and date from the Samsung Customer Support team, as your order will NOT be available at the Collection Point. You are required to collect your order within one (01) business day from the date that the date and time for collection is communicated to you by the Samsung Customer Support team. Failure to pick up the order within the designated time may lead to the order being cancelled.
