Payment has been deducted from my bank account but I haven't received order confirmation email. What should I do?

This could be for a number of reasons including that your payment has been withheld via banking gateway or your bank has not released the payment. Please contact our Customer Services team at 0800-72678, 9am-12am, and they will be happy to investigate the matter for you. If the problem exists due to an issue on our end, the team will register your claim and you will get a refund within 7-10 working days.
