Evaluation System

Our qualification system consists of four evaluation criteria: reliability, functionality, process and application.
These four evaluations of semiconductor memory products are based on international standards (JEDEC, etc.) and requirements from customers. We use state-of-the-art facilities and equipment for all our tests and analysis in order to achieve and maintain the best quality at all times.
