Early Career Potential Program (ECP)

The Early Career Potential (ECP) Program is offered to selected foreign final year undergraduates in areas of Business to pursue a 3 year management trainee program in Singapore and the SEA region.

The objective is to develop a pipeline of strong marketing and sales future leaders through:

• providing opportunities to learn about products, industry and customers while making valuable contributions to the organization
• leadership role and to develop their capabilities to drive our business growth
• molding these great potentials into future Samsung leaders

Selected candidates will have to sign a 36 month (equivalent to 3 Years) + 1 year bond and received training and work in Singapore and the SEA regional offices.

The closing Date for Application is end of March
