The warranty period for Cloud Display and Hospitality Display is 3 years on-site starting from the date of purchase. However, the following items are Not Covered by this or any warranty:

  • 1. cabinets
  • 2. batteries
  • 3. antennae
  • 4. cables
  • 5. plastic parts & dust cover
  • 6. remote control
  • 7. external parts such as levers, plugs, sockets, control knobs or adapters
  • 8. accessories such as adapters etc.
