Terms and Conditions

1. No bulk claim will be allowed (No more than 3 free gifts per redemption).
2. Extended Promotion is valid from 16th October – 1st January 2013, while stocks last.
3. Free gift must be collected at the designated redemption centre and does not include free delivery.
4. Promotion is only applicable to purchases made from Samsung authorized dealers in Singapore (Only local model code will be entitled.)
5. Samsung and its appointed redemption centre reserves the right to reject any redemption that DOES NOT adhere to the process and requirements stated herein.
6. Samsung reserves every right to substitute the gifts and change the promotion mechanics as it deems necessary without prior notice.
7. Samsung reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
8. Gift is not exchangeable for cash or other items.
9. Samsung will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen gift items.
10. Payment must be made in full before redemption of the gift is be allowed.
11. Gift is not exchangeable once redeemed.
12. No extension of redemption date will be allowed.
13. Redemption is only valid for purchases made during the promotional period as stated above.
14. Free Samsung GALAXY Tab 2 (7.0) Wi-Fi is applicable for the purchase of the following models, while stocks last.

4. Redemption Documents:
• Original invoices enclosed with receipt that shows purchased items are being fully paid up.
• Original Samsung Smart TV redemption letter
• Original warranty card duly completed with serial number and model code (We regret that NO redemption will be allowed without product serial number, and if serial number is not recognized in the system.)
• Photocopy of identity card
• Authorization letter duly signed by purchaser (if redemption party is different from purchaser indicated in the invoice)
