เงื่อนไขการรับประกันทั่วไป
- ผลิตภัณฑ์และอุปกรณ์เสริมต่างๆของซัมซุงจะได้รับการรับประกันในกรณีที่อาการชำรุดเกิดจากความผิดพลาดของตัวเครื่องอันเนื่องมาจากความผิดพลาดจากการผลิตเท่านั้น
- ผู้ซื้อจะต้องแสดงใบเสร็จรับเงินหรือใบรับประกันเพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานแสดงวันที่ที่ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการ ในกรณีที่ผู้ซื้อต้องการการคุ้มครองการรับประกันผลิตภัณฑ์
- ทางบริษัทไม่คิดค่าพาหนะในระยะเวลารับประกันเฉพาะผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีการบริการถึงบ้าน เช่น โทรทัศน์สีตั้งแต่ 25 นิ้วขึ้นไป เครื่องซักผ้า ตู้เย็น เครื่องปรับอากาศ และอื่นๆ โดยดูรายละเอียดจากคู่มือการรับประกันสินค้าแต่ละชนิดของผลิตภัณฑ์
- เจ้าหน้าที่สามารถสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะปฏิเสธการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ในพื้นที่ที่เข้าไม่ถึง สถานที่ที่มีควันหรือไอของสารเคมี พื้นที่ที่ห้ามเข้า พื้นที่ที่เสี่ยงอันตรายหรือปัญหาที่พบจากการเชื่อมต่อและวัสดุที่เป็นฉนวนภายนอกซึ่งไม่ได้เกิดจากตัวผลิตภัณฑ์
- บริษัท ไทยซัมซุง อิเลคโทรนิคส์ จำกัด มีสิทธิ์ในการคิดอัตราค่าบริการในส่วนของการซ่อมและบริการเครื่องนอกประกันตามอาการเสียต่างๆถึงแม้ว่าอาการเสียนั้นๆไม่ถูกตรวจพบก็ตาม
- เงื่อนไขการรับประกันสินค้านี้มีผลบังคับเฉพาะผลิตภัณฑ์ที่จำหน่ายโดย บริษัท ไทยซัมซุง อิเลคโทรนิคส์ จำกัด หรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายของ บริษัท ไทยซัมซุง อิเลคโทรนิคส์ จำกัด เท่านั้น
เงื่อนไขและข้อยกเว้นไม่รับประกัน
- ความเสียหายอันเนื่องมาจากอุบัติเหตุ การใช้งานที่ผิดวิธี การทดลอง การสาธิต การซ่อมบำรุง การติดตั้ง การปรับหรือการดัดแปลงที่ไม่เหมาะสมและความผิดพลาด หรือความประมาทซึ่งเกิดจากความเข้าใจคลาดเคลื่อนไปจากความเข้าใจคลาดเคลื่อนไปจากขั้นตอนกระบวนการใช้ซึ่งระบุไว้ในคู่มือการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์
- อาการเสียหรือความเสียหายหรือการทำงานที่ผิดปกติอันเนื่องมาจากการทำของเหลวหรืออาหารหกใส่ผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือภัยธรรมชาติ เช่น ไฟไหม้ น้ำท่วม แผ่นดินไหว หรือเนื่องมาจากการใช้แรงดันไฟฟ้าผิดไปจากที่บริษัทฯกำหนด
- การสึกหรอโดยทั่วไปตามอายุการใช้งานและการฉีกขาด การสึกกร่อน ขึ้นสนิม หรือรอยเปรอะเปื้อน และภัยจากสัตว์หรือแมลงกัดแทะ
- รอยขูดขีดและความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นบนพื้นผิวและส่วนประกอบภายนอกที่เกิดจากการใช้งานของลูกค้า
- การเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายหรือชิ้นส่วนประกอบที่หายไปหลังจากเลยกำหนด 7 วันนับจากวันที่ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์
- ส่วนประกอบใดๆซึ่งถูกเปลี่ยนโดยชิ้นส่วนที่ไม่ได้จัดจำหน่าย หรือเห็นชอบโดยบริษัท ไทยซัมซุง อิเล็คโทรนิคส์ จำกัด หรือผลิตภัณฑ์ซึ่งถูกถอดชิ้นส่วนหรือได้รับการซ่อมแซมจากพนักงานใดๆที่ไม่ใช่พนักงานจากทางบริษัท ไทยซัมซุง อิเลคโทรนิคส์ จำกัด และ/หรือศูนย์บริการแต่งตั้ง
- หมายเลขเครื่องของผลิตภัณฑ์ถูกแก้ไข, ลบ, ขีดฆ่า หรือทำลาย และใบรับประกันผลิตภัณฑ์ถูกแก้ไข หรือลบทิ้งไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ
