In the UK, Samsung has been working with a number of youth education and charity partners in an effort to increase access to technology and resources for our leaders of tomorrow. Technology has had a profound effect on our lives and as one of the world's leading electronics companies, we believe it is our responsibility to support young people in gaining the necessary skills to enter the workforce. More importantly, we hope to inspire the next generation and unlock their full potential for a brighter future.
Our Education Partners
Samsung Digital Discovery Centre at
the British Museum
Samsung and the British Museum have been working together in partnership since 2008, developing an engaging and innovative digital learning programme through the Samsung Digital Discovery Centre which is offered to schools and families. Over 10,000 children every year use the latest Samsung technology to explore the Museum's collection in creative and educational ways. The programme continues to evolve and explore new ways of exploiting the versatility and power of digital technology to engage children and young people with the Museum's collection and exhibitions.

Our Charity Partners
Kids Company
Kids Company works with over 17,000 children in London alone every year, offering them emotional and educational support. Our partnership with Kids Company started from the Samsung Hope Relay during the London 2012 Olympic Games. Kids Company was one of three charity recipients of funds raised by the UK public by completing miles on their mobile app. In October 2012, the Samsung Digital Studio was launched at Kids Company's education centre (the Urban Academy) providing young people access to the latest technology that we hope will capture their imagination and inspire them to achieve - just as London 2012 inspired all of us.
