BOD members' service on other public company boards

Our company's decision-making and supervisory process enhances corporate transparency and accountable management and thus, constitutes an environment where corporate value can be maximized.

Chairman & CEO Kun-Hee Lee
: Non-employee Director of SJC
* The Company has 51% stake in SJC, the Company's affiliate in Japan.

Vice Chairman & CEO Yoon-Woo Lee
: Non-employee Director of S-LCD
* The Company has 50% plus one share stake in S-LCD, a joint venture between the Company and Sony.

* Directors are encouraged to refrain from serving on the Boards of other companies, in order to focus on and carry out efficiently the Board activities of the Company. In case Directors choose to serve on the Boards of other companies, the number of directorships they hold shall be limited to less than two including that of the Company.

Executive Directors consist of current employees of the Company, not former CEOs.

Independent Directors do not consist of figures who have worked for the Company such as former CEOs, to maintain their independence.
