First, you will need to know the IMEI number of your new device and the phone you are trading in. Then you need to visit our trade in page for this offer. You will need to enter both IMEI numbers to check that the phones are valid. Once it has been confirmed, you can register for the offer.
What is an IMEI number?

For the majority of phones, there are two ways to find out the IMEI number. One way is to open the battery cover on your phone, remove the battery and find the IMEI number on the white label under the battery. It will be 15 to 17 digits in length and it does not contain any letters or slashes. Another way to find your IMEI number is to enter *#06# on your phone's keypad.
