    John Forster
    TORCHBEARER
John Forster has been selected to carry the Olympic Torch for outstanding service within the community of Falmouth Cornwall. As the Local Dairyman, John is the essential life line for the many elderly who are too frail to reach the local amenities. More recently he informed the police when one of his elderly customers had not answered the door. They later found she had fallen in the bathroom and had been unable to get up for eight hours. If it wasn't for John's observations, it could have been a lot worse. It's things like this that make John a Local Hero. He also ran two London marathons and one Cornish marathon, raising money for local charities.
