What is Samsung FastGuard™?
Samsung's FastGuard™ warranty service provides you with a fast track repair and return service for Samsung IT products which you can extend, up to a maximum of 4 years* (on selected products).
The aim is to minimize disruption and get you back to productive working as quickly as possible. Under the FastGuard™ program, should you experience a problem with your Samsung product, you will need to call Samsung’s Customer Care Centre to have the fault diagnosed.
If the Samsung Support Analyst determines that your product requires a repair, Samsung will be responsible for collecting or providing on-site support for your products and returning it to you, within a target turnaround time of 72 hours* (dependant on product).

How to Buy
To obtain a FastGuard™ pack for your Samsung product simply contact your local Samsung reseller (click here to find your nearest reseller) or contact our Customer Care Team on 0870 Samsung (0870 7267864)
How to register your FastGuard™ Warranty with Samsung?
Once you have purchased your FastGuard™ Extended Warranty from our reseller you need to register your warranty with Samsung immediately to activate it. We will then confirm acceptance of your warranty by post within two weeks
To do this it is recommended to register online by clicking here . Alternatively you can contact our Customer Care Team on 0870 Samsung (0870 7267864) (or post your registration form in the case of fax or printer)
