The proposed software update for the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge (G920F/G925F) devices has been further delayed while we look to resolve an issue relating to the quality of the software update uncovered during the testing process.

 

We are investigating the issue and will release a new software version, which will be made available at the earliest opportunity. Samsung remains committed to providing the highest quality software and apologises for the delay.

 

How can I check that I am on the latest version of the software?

 

Follow the below steps to manually check for a software update on your phone.

 

1. Tap Apps

3. Tap About Device (you will need to scroll down a little)

To make sure that you get the latest updates as soon as they are available and you are on a Wi-Fi network toggle on ‘Download update automatically’
