    We had the same issue. I think that this just has to do with cleaning. I took off the door: open the door, flick the two hinge catches towards you, close the door carefully and you can lift the whole door out. I cleaned the whole area extremely carefully (some of the baked on material had to be lifted off carefully with a knife). I put the door back on and it closed perfectly.

    I have been having this issue for a while now and cant figure out why. I can close the door fully but it then falls back a few mm causing the interior light to come on. I also cant clean it as it wont lock itself. The reason Im browsing the site is to see if I can find some info on the issue but I feel Ill end up ringing Samsung with a warranty issue.

    The user manual tells how to set the time when installing the oven but not, so far as I can see, after it has been installed and is in use.

    Do exactly the same as you do at installation, that is tap the clock icon (second function from the right) and use the up/down arrows to change the hour, tap the clock icon again and use the up/down arrows to change the minute, finally tap the clock icon a third time and the new time will be set.

    Recently purchased the bq2q7g078 model, I cant get my head round why I cant action single mode. As per the manual I press the partition button to select single mode, skip pressing the cooking mode select button but when I then go to press the time/temp control button nothing happens? I have followed the instructions to the letter and cannot fathom why it does not work as all the other features do when I follow the steps in the manual. Maybe I am missing something quite obvious? Or maybe a fault? Can anyone help???

    Hi, Yes, before carrying out the self cleaning function, all accessory parts should be taken out of the oven.
