    the gpu processor is intergrated into the I3 processor so to replace the gpu you would need to upgrade the cpu unlike previous similar ones would of been integrated into the motherboard

    Hi, We would suggest that you uninstall Support centre and reinstall it from the product support page. Uninstalling it completely, will not impact your pc. Thanks

    The touch screen sometimes records numerous phantom touches - these occur at different places, but when they occur it seems to be a constant - the UI affect of a touch (small circle) can be seen even though no one is near the screen. Sometimes there are numerous phantom touches on different parts of the screen, and once there was a phantom drag. Any ideas, or is it back to the shop?

    I am having trouble printing web pages. I have been advised to disable all add-ons in IE10 to allow printing. This works but every time I reboot the computer the problem recurs. How can I fix this permanently? Also I am unable to send pages or links by email as these options are greyed out in IE10. Any help would be gratefully received.
