    Connect the camera to your computer (Mac). Copy the files from the Firmware folder (including the FWUP.txt file) to the cameras drive (NO_NAME). Unmount the cameras drive and disconnect the camera from your computer. Turn off the camera and disconnect the USB cable. Turn on the camera and, when prompted, press the Shutter button. The rest is automatic. The camera will turn itself off when the upgrade is complete.

    Hi, You will need to place the firmware on the root of the memory card of your camera and insert it. Turn the camera on and it should update the firmware. Thanks.

    My camera has no power and no function at all. it won't charge and seems completely dead. I've checked the battery and that is fitted correctly.

    When I follow the instructions to upgrade the firmware, it transfers to the camera properly, but after I disconnect it from the computer and hit the 'ok' button on the camera, it just takes me back to the last photo I took, and does not upgrade the firmware. I have tried numerous times with the same results
