    To alter the volume you go into menu - settings - sound profiles when its on normal press edit and scroll down to volume and set to what you want it controlls the key volumes to

    The ringtone can be found in the sound profile .go to menu - settings - sound profile normal must be on press edit scroll to what you want press and change . .The ring tones, message tone s and volume can be changed there .

    I HAVE A GT-E2222 ( CH@T222 ),SOFTWARE VERSION E2222.004 H/W VERSION REV 1.0 ,EQUIPED WITH A 8 GB SDHC CARD. A) HOW CAN I TURN OFF THE TIME LIMITS ON VIDEO RECORDER ,THAT ACTUALLY IS SET TO MAX 1 HOUR ? B) HOW CAN I TURN OFF THE TIME LIMIT OF 5 MINUTES ON VOICE RECORDER ? C) HOW CAN I TURN OFF THE TIME LIMIT OF 1 HOUR ON FM RECORDING MODE ? D) IS THERE ANY KIND OF CALL RECORDER (AS A JAR APPLICATION ) SUITED FOR THIS PHONE THAT I CAN DOWNLOAD ? TURN OFF THE TIME LIMITS MEANS EXTENDING THEM UP TO THE LIMIT OF THE MEMORY CARD WHEN PLUGED WITH THE CHARGER OR UP TO THE DURATION OF THE BATTERY CHARGE ? BEST REGARDS GIORGIO

    Hi Giorgio, unfortunately it is not possible to remove these limits as they are a limitation of the operating system.

    Ringtones can be found in the sound profiles ..Menu - Settings - Sound profiles -normal then choose edit scroll down to ringtone then change .there's a choice when you get in there .

    This device is compatible with all UK networks. If you have a network branded device it may be locked to their network and you would need to contact them to have this lock removed.

    I have a contract sim and a pay as you go phone ,I have managed to set up the internet thanks to a very paitent lady on vodaphone , but we can't seem to get the right setting for the mms messages have tried through vodaphone and samsung have sent me setting but it still wont work any ideas please .

    To turn off predictive text on this device please do the following, Press → Writing options → Predictive text off to turn off T9 mode.
