    Hi, I would adivse that you get in contact with your network provider over this issue as they will be able to re-send you the settings for your device. If you have any further issues please contact our technical support team on 0330 7267864. Hope this helps.

    Profile is normal. Silent profile is off. I can hear caller when they are speaking but phone is not ringing when a call comes in.

    Hi Dave, Have you pressed the navigation key up or down to change the volume? Have you checked the sound profile to make sure everything is working correctly? To edit a sound profile, 1. In Menu mode, select Settings → Profiles. 2. Scroll to a user profile and press → Edit. 3. Customise the sound settings as desired. Hope this helps.

    I bought this phone whilst on holiday in Scotland. Since returning to Australia and have not used it for a long time. It now requires a password to unlock the phone. As I did not use this function I wonder if it automatically locked by itself

    Hi Menace, This phone is likely locked to one of the UK networks and requires a code from your network to use a differenct sim card. Thanks
