    if u go in 2 settings on your phone then go on 2 profile go on 2 normal go down 2 the call bit then cleck on it then change it ok

    BerylJ You need to go Menu->Profiles->options->edit->Volume->Change->Alert tone(lowest option) set volume required level or off completely.

    Hi, I would adivse that you get in contact with your network provider over this issue as they will be able to re-send you the settings for your device. If you have any further issues please contact our technical support team on 0330 7267864. Hope this helps.

    You need to find a piece of music you like on your phone in "My Files" highlight it and click 'options' then 'set as' then 'ringtone'. If there is nothing you like on the phone, try a micro SD card to transfer music between your PC and your phone.

    Mobile showing voicemail icon when there is no voicemail message and it doesnt leave you the option when calling of leaving a voicemail message. Because of this fault the mobile has been in for repair and it has been returned with the same fault. I haven't even had this phone 2 months! I was then informed it was the plan I was on which didnt enable me to have voicemail. I then changed my plan and the icon is still there....Help!

    Hi, please check with your Network Operator to ensure that there is not a privacy block on your number. You can also check with our mobile team on 0330 72 67 864 (option 3) to discuss this issue if your Network Operator advises you that there is no block on their side.

    Hi, unfortunately not, the Monte Slider E2550 is a Dual Band handset. That means that the handset will only work in the Europe. You would need a Quad Band handset to use anywhere in the world, provided it is possible to get a network signal.

    Hi Lainey, the sending and receiving of photos depends if you have the settings enabled from your Network Provider. Please contact them to get this service set up. Once this has been set up then simply take a picture and select ''Send Via'' and then select ''Multimedia'' to send by text, or ''Bluetooth'' to send by obviously by bluetooth. Once again when you are set up, the pictures sent to you via Multimedia will conme through automatically.

    I am trying to set speed diial numbers 0n my e2550 monte slider. Some numbers appear on keys 2-9 but not the ones I want. The manual I had with the fone doesn't give any indication how this function is carried out.

    If you go into contacts from the main menu and then select favourites (option #4), you should be able to select a vacant number and then assign a contact against it. Hope this helps.
