    i have a Galaxy ace 2 that was a week ago from last comment i would of think samsung would of given it a update by now to ice cream sandwich verson 4 becuse they updated Galaxy ace s2 the older verson of this phone

    I have App - Call Meter NG - free and My Data Manager - again free. Both can be set on a monthly basis so that you can exactly how much packet data has been used as well wifi.

    Home+power used to capture a screenshot, but stopped working today. Now I get "Unable to capture screen. Try again." It makes a noise as if it's working, but it's not. I've rebooted it, including removing battery for about a minute. v2.3.6 Gingerbread.

    Hi, First, you will need to download and install Samsung Kies to your PC/laptop from here; http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/JSP. Connect the phone with your PC via the USB cable and open the Kies program. Your phone should then show on the main Kies screen. If you go to the 'Sync' menu you will then find the options to sync with Microsoft Outlook Thanks.

    My mobile has started turning the first letter of my name into uppercase when I sign in to email accounts, so I can't get into any accounts as it says the email is invalid

    Hi, When the keyboard is activated, it will automatically set to captialise the first letter of the first word you type. To change this to lower case, tap the blue arrow pointing up on the left hand side of the keyboard twice. All letters will then be in lower case. Thanks.

    I received a text message which shows as an envelope icon in the top left hand corner of my phone, and as an item in the envelope icon but is not visible in my new message folder. When I try to open it through notifications it takes me to the compose a new message screen. I've also tried to delete it from the log but it still appears as a message waiting. Any suggestions on how to delete or remove the message permanently?

    Hi Owen, In an attempt to resolve this please go to; Settings > Application Manager > Swipe left twice to display a list of ‘All applications’ – Select BadgeProvider – then select clear data. When you have done this please restart your phone Thanks.
