    How do i reset a locked phone? As someone set a code on mine, and i used the twenty attempts, and i have no idea what my google account is..

    Please visit the Google mail site and reset your account details. Alternatively please take the phone along with your receipt to your nearest service centre where a chargeable reset can be performed.

    We would suggest performing a factory data reset on the device: Applications - Settings - Privacy - Factory data reset. You will then be able to setup the phone with your information.

    It is not possible to store all this information on the SIM, only contact information and messages can be stored there. You can however back this data up for use in another Android device by doing the following: Contacts - Menu - Import/Export - Import to SD card or SIM card. Messages can be moved by long pressing on the message and selecting "Copy to SIM" .Pictures can then be moved to your SD card by copying them over via the Myfiles folder in the Applications menu.

    Could be a rouge application. Can you please back up all data and perform a reset on the item. Applications - Settings - Privacy - Factory data reset. Hope this works for you. Any further problems, please contact our team who will be more than happy to assist - 0330 726 7864.

    I have had my samsung galaxy S on contract for roughly a year now and the system seems to keep crashing in some way, I keep having to uninstall apps to re install them to get them to work again, and this is happening more and more often (sometimes daily), a sign just comes up asking me to force close the app without it opening. Also the internet is hardly ever working even with wi-fi lately. It also switches itself off and refuses to turn on for 5ish minutes. Would be grateful for any advice anyone may have, thank you!

    Hi Emma, Sorry to hear you are having this problem. If you follow the steps below to reset this will hopefully help solve this. Make sure you save ALL data before carrying out this process. Settings- Privacy- Factory data reset.

    Hi Nathan, Can you try removing the SIM then inserting it again. If this does not resolve the issue then we would recommend that you contact your network provider as your settings may need to be adjusted. Thanks
