    Could you please tell me why it is that my son has the same phone as me and last week he got the latest version of 4.1.2 Jelly Bean updatednto his Samsung Galaxy S2 and when I try it keeps coming back no updates available. We are both on the same tariff which is Tesco Mobile O2. I am quite disappointment that I can not get this. Could you please tell me why I am not getting the download to my mobile.

    hello, i am in the same boat here, i have tried to update it through kies? it just says it has the latest update. (4.0.4) this is quite annoying? some people can update others can't??

    Have a Galaxy SII can receive pictures etc, but cannot send them. have paired with the destination device, samsung galaxy ace,but i just get the error message connection failed. both devices are discoverable. I can send to the SII, but not from it

    Hi, Can you try resetting the handset by going to Settings > Back up and reset.  Prior to resetting can you please ensure you have backed up your contacts via Google Mail and that you also back up your files either via Samsung Kies, by Mass Storage or with an external SD Memory card.  This should resolve the issue for you.     Hi, Are you unable to connect to the internet via WiFi, 3G or both? If it is through WiFi, please reset the phone by going to Settings > Back up and reset > Factory data reset. Prior to this, ensure all data is backed up via Samsung Kies. If you cannot connect via 3G then please contact your network provider for further assistance. Thanks

    If you already have a yahoo account you need to log onto it via computer to change the pop3 settings. once in your emails, select options tab to open your email send/recieve options. then select pop & forwarding from the left hand navigation bar which will open up options to access your yahoo email from elsewhere. change the dropdown to access via pop and this should allow you to add your yahoo account on your phone as normal.
