    Hi Wallon. If your phone is locked to a specific network, we would kindly ask that you contact that network provider who will be able to unlock your device, generally a charge would be applicable. We hope you get this unlocked soon.

    Hi Hererrsss, It won't be possible to clear any data if you cannot access the phone due to not knowing the passcode, therefore we would recommend that you contact your nearest Samsung service centre with your proof of purchase who will then be able to unlock the device for you.     Many companies now use the choice technique when you first ring them. I have been unable to make this type of call because I don't know how to access the keyboard.

    If I want to transfer pictures I do not get the option to send via bluetooth, I can only receive from another bluetooth device

    Sorry to hear you are having problems sending files via Bluetooth. Can you please ensure that you are paired with the other device and then do the following: 1. Select the file or item from one of your phone’s applications that you want to send. 2. Select Send via or Send URL via → Bluetooth or select More → Send namecard via → Bluetooth.     My Samsung genio touch hasnt been receiving, nor sending particular texts (If you can sort this out then great) however I am deciding to change phones but not allowing me to sync it. Used to be with Orange, now Giffgaff
