    My Galaxy Fit informed me that the memory was full, so I thought that I would move facebook onto the simcard when I went in to move it it would not allow me to. So I uninstalled it and tried to install it onto the simcard but no joy. Is there anyway I can do this. Thankyou

    Hi, Apps cannot be saved to a SIM, instead they can be moved to an SD card. To do this, go to Settings > Application Manager > Choose the app you wish to move > Choose 'Move to SD card'. Please note that some applications may not support this function. This is something Samsung have no control over. Thanks.

    Kies recognises my phone connected by USB,I clicked on backup but after a few seconds I get an error stating,"Device Connection Disrupted" A windows box pops up stating,Kies is not responding and windows will close this application. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Kies but the problem still persists. I have run the trouble shooter on Kies but that doesn't help either. Any help would be appreciated.

    I am payg and have a data pack. for the last two weeks I can only access the internet when I have a WiFi connection. I .cannot get my data back when I am out of a WiFi area

    Hi, We would first recommend you contact your network provider to ensure that you have not ran out of mobile data for the month. You can also check the mobile data is switched on through your internet settings by navigating to the following menu: Setttings > Wireless and networks > Mobile data > Ensure data enabled is ticked.
