    Hello I have a Samsung ML-2160, and I would like to change the settings in the Samsung Print Manager app. (I have a Mac, OS 10.9). But when I change settings and then click 'Save' it asks for an administrator name and password. (Note: this is not for the Mac, it's for the Samsung app.) I have never set up any passwords for this app, and can't find any reference to this in the manuals. Can you help? Thanks, PM

    I have a ML-2160 mono laser printer. I get an orange light and a message that there is a paper jam. I have removed the toner cartridge and looked for paper inside the machine but cant find any. What next can I try to locate a paper jam?
