    Hi, Can you please try the following steps to attempt to resolve this issue for you; Open the camera application and press the volume up/down key located at the side of the phone. If issue still persists then please open the camera application and press the number 1 on your keypad. Thanks

    Hi,Yes this is possible. You will need the Samsung PC Studio software and the respective driver. These can be obtained by entering your model number into the support section of the website. Or from the CD that came with the Mobile.

    I cannot hear the ringtone on incoming or outgoing calls - have I accidently turned off the speakers or is it something else? I have an icon next to the battery symbol which wasn't there before.Please can anyone help?
