    I am trying to log-in to the Sync Thru Web Service and I get the message 'IP address is protected'. I had changed the password but have got this message on trying to log-in again. Please can you tell me how I can get into the Sync Thru Web Service now?

    I bought this printer for use with my samsung chromebook. I had to use a windows HP Mini netbook with usb connection to install it on my Google Cloudprint account and the printer will only operate from my chromebook when it is connected to the HP mini. ie It has no wireless connection to my Cloudprint account. I am a dissatisfied customer and I will return this printer to Argos if it will not function as a proper "Cloud-Ready printer".

    When trying to find how to add this printer (SL-M2022w) to google cloud I am sent round in circles between samsungs website and googles cloud printing website. Neither of which hold instructions on how to connect the printer to google cloud. Please help

    Hi, The model code you have provided: SL-M2022_XEU- is not a wireless printer. If you have the SL-M2022W, please install your printer by clicking on 'Read More' on the Samsung Printer Software Installer, which can be found at this link: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/SL-M2022W/XEU This will allow you to reconfigure your wireless connection. You should then go to Easy Printer Manager, which is: On Windows: Start > Programs / All Programs > Samsung Printers > Samsung Easy Printer Manager On Mac: Applications folder > Samsung Folder > Samsung Easy Printer Manager Please click on the advanced setting, (check your user manual which is also available from the link for screen shots), this will take you to SyncThru Web Service. The default log in for this is: admin and the password is: sec00000 (Please do not change the password when prompted to do so). If you are unable to access Syncthru: • Please press the WPS button for more than 10 seconds, this will print out a network configuration report. Take the IP address, which you will find under TCP/IPV4 and enter this in the address bar on your internet browser. • Go to the WIRELESS SETTING and click on WIZARD. • Follow through the steps on screen. • If all this fails to resolve the issue, turn the router off for 10 seconds and try the above steps again. If you find that this still does not work, you can install the printer via USB then download and run Easy Wireless Setup, which can also be found from the link, this will allow you to change from a USB connection to wireless. I hope this helps.

    I have set up the printer through USB, now I want to connect wireless, it says set up cannot connect to the printer wirelessly, make sure printer is turned on and wi-fi direct is switched on, , the printer is switched on, but I cant see how to turn on or check wi fi direct. I have gone through the easy Print manager but the network option is not there.

    Hi Hhamida, Unfortunately the SL-M2022 printer is not a wireless version and you will not be able to print from your iPhone to it directly. Hope this helps.
