    hi, my internet and wifi are both connected on my samsung galaxy tab 3, although when i turn on some apps eg.) facebook,youtube, messenger, and google play-store it wont connect. it will work when i turn on the internet and search for things on it, just not on apps. it works on the bbc i player functions however. it has not been working properly for about 2 hours, and before hand the connection was juttering. do you know how i can fix this?

    Switch off the Tab and then press both power key, menu putton and volume putton all together to start downloding and do not turn off while it is downloading !!

    Hi. If your device is locked because the privacy lock has been forgotten, then you can perform a hard reset to unlock the device. Please follow these steps on how to perform a hard reset. - With the device switched off, press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key, then press and hold the Power key. At this point you should see the Android recovery screen. - Scroll to Wipe Data/Factory Reset using the Volume Up or Down keys. Select with the power key. - Scroll down to Yes, Delete User Data and select it. - Back on the first screen, scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition and select it. - Your factory reset is now complete. - Go to Reboot System Now to restart the device. All data on the device will be lost after performing this action. Alternatively, if your Galaxy Tab 3 is locked to a particular network please contact the network provider. I hope this helps.

    Hi Lynn, Please note that we cannot guarantee compatibility with any 3rd party product. It may be advisable to contact Canon to check compatibly with Samsung products. There may be 3rd party applications available for download in the Google play store straight from your device which may assist in connecting your tablet and printer. Thanks

    Hi Sally, To connect to the internet you will to either connect your Tab to a portable hotspot e.g. a mobile phone, or you can insert a 3G SIM card. Please kindly note that this Tab will need a Micro SIM which you can get from your preferred network provider. Thanks.

    Hi Macc, For full use of all the functions on your tab we recommend you set up and log in to a Samsung account and a Google account. You can use your tab without these features, however you will miss out on using many applications such as Google Play and Samsung Apps. Thanks
