    Hey, BBC are still testing the Iplayer application and we expect that it will be released to us before the end of this month. As soon as its available the product will 1) automatically receive a update message when switch over to SMART HUB OR 2) You will need to select the Samsung Apps Store, select video, and then download Apps as normal for all Apps.

    I have a samsung smart 22" ES5410 Series 5 tv, the iPlayer, 4od and 5demand all work fine yet if i select a programme on ITV player it just stays on a black screen and won't play it. Sometimes it works, yet most of the time it just takes me to a black screen once I click a programme.

    Hi Katie, Can you please try the following to rectify the issue: Reset the TV, please ensure the TV is on to do this; 1. Press the Menu button 2. Go to Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset > Enter PIN 0000 3. Highlight OK and press the enter button. 4. This will switch the TV off, switch it back on. 5. Go through the initial plug and play set-up for the TV.     Hi Rosie, This TV has not got a HD tuner built in. The only way to view HD on this TV will be via HDMI with a full HD device connected. Thanks.

    How rod I keep my internet connected when I switch TV off? Every time I turn the TV on I have to restart my wifi router as it says cannot connect. Once restarted it works fine - why is this?

    Hi Camilla, Is your software up to date? You can check this by; Pressing Menu> Support> Contact Samsung. Your software should be 2000.2. To update your software, Please check out this link on how to do this http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/FM/201404/20140428095147312/2012_TV_Firmware_Upgrade_Instruction.pdf. I have also included the link for the software http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE22ES5410WXXU. Hope this helps.
