    Alex, Skype is not available on this model of TV. The EH5300 & EH5450 do have it available though.

    When i use the numbers on my remote, it switched to analog channels instead of staying on 'TV-mode'. This is very annoying and it would be great if that could be changed somehow? Also, why are my channels scattered over the numbers for TV? I have channels on 1, 2, 3, 7, 10 etc. instead of 123456789.

    Hi Jensen, There may be an issue with your antenna and digital signal. I would suggest trying a signal booster and rescanning for channels. Thanks.

    Hi, As your model of TV is not a Smart TV, you will not be able to use the internet connection for features such as these. The connection will enable you to update your TV via online, when a software update is available. Thanks.

    on the new EH5000 series, I read the TV is CRM 50. How is it different from a basic 50Hz ?

    Hi there. CMR stands for Clear Motion Rate. In the case of the EH5000, it's refresh rate is 50Hz (actual) so there is no difference. When we move into the higher end models we can achieve 100, 200, 400 or even 800 CMR. To try and keep consistent, we have called this 50 CMR on the EH5000.

    Yes- The specification indicates that it has a DVB-T2 tuner which means it can receive Freeview HD (including both UK Freeview HD channels and RTE channels)

    Hi Dave, This is called audio description and can be turned off by pressing the subtitles button on your remote and then enter. Scroll down to AD and press enter to turn it off. Thanks.
