    Have a 40F5300 LED series5 smart TV and a HW-E350 soundbar (both Samsung products) Soundbar works fine via blue ray & HDMI leads. But cannot get sound direct to TV despite using TV audio outputs to soundbar. Have also switched to external speaker but still no joy. The soundbar does not support digital optical sockets. Any ideas?

    Hi Unfortunately your model of TV does not support ARC, so you will not be able to connect the TV via HDMI. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thanks.

    Had the Tv for about a week and has accessed everything fine. Came home tonight and turned it on and now all of a sudden it won't access lovefilm. It says we are not connected to the network -but when we try the troubleshoot, it says we are. Why is it doing this?

    Hi Beth, You could try resetting the Smart Hub by going to; Screen Menu > Smart Features > Reset Smart Hub. Once you have reset the Smart Hub, navigate to the Smart Hub's Apps screen and then select More Apps screen apps located at the bottom of the screen. The list of applications currently installed on your TV is displayed. From this list, select the application you want to launch. Select Download to install the selected application. Hope this helps.
