    Hi, The latest firmware can be downloaded by visiting http://www.samsung.com/uk/support and entering your model code. This can be installed to USB pen and then uploaded to your TV which will correct this issue. Thanks.

    Hi Markus, This TV will support SBS 3D but not checkerboard which is usually used by graphics cards. You will need to check the Graphics card specs. Thanks.

    Hi, This TV has the built in catch up channels, it is capable of running them however the quality of the channels can depend on internet connection and other problems with the channel itself. Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific technical support for third party applications. Please be advised we cannot guarantee compatibility with any application not produced by Samsung. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the third party producer to ensure their applications are compatible with our devices. We recommend contacting the BBC to ensure that it is compatible with your device and its current firmware version. There may be an update, or specific instructions that you need to follow, in order for it to work correctly. Thanks

    Using the SoundBar via SoundShare the audio is glitchy. The only way I have found to fix this is to use HDMI ARC instead.
