    I would like to know if there is a designated direct 3D button on the remote for the UE46F6320 Smart tv or is there a quicker way to access 3d rather than going through the 'picture' process?

    Hi, Unfortunately the only way to activate 3D on your TV is by selecting menu > picture > 3D > 3D mode. Thanks.

    Why can I not use my keyboard on the Youtube app and why do i need to log in to my youtube account everytime i use it rather then the tv remembering it's settings? Also why does my tv constantly loose its network connection, every time I try to stream a movie from another device on my network it drops after 30 mins or so, when I try to acces online content via various apps my tv also drops my network, I have tried different routers and even my neighbours network but the tv just drops its connection constantly and needs re-connecting manualy

    An option is then given for provider is not listed. Then if I try all areas its gives me error code (-67 ). Ihave heard that this is a problem for users in Scotland as well. Not a very "Smart" TV !! When will this problem be resolved, or do Northern Ireland and Scotland not exist??

    Somebody asks if you can connect a wireless keyboard. The answer of Samsung Tech is that you can not connect a wireless keyboard to it. So which keyboard can you connect? Otherwise, what is the use of Smart Tv and how can you respond like facebook or search the web?
