    Although it is possible you can use 3rd party glasses, I'd recommend using one of Samsung's own models (SSG-2100AB, SSG-2200AR, SSG-3100GB, SSG-3300GR).

    0060 didn't work for me; 1340 was the code I needed - ordinary Sky handset (blue version, not Sky+) with revision 9 firmware.

    Hi, In reply to your question, the code should be 0060. As far as we are aware, the code has not changed for the new models of this TV.

    When connected my Blu Ray player to HDMI 2 I've lost all picture. Same for HDMI 3 with games console? message on screen states No Signal. Done all the usuals by disconnecting / reconnecting / switching devices on / off. Nothing seems to sort problem!! Help needed ASAP.

    I have tried to use the voice input feature on web browser search facility as well as search all. I get a message saying "To use the requested function, you must first agree to the Terms of Service Agreement in Smart Hub" Can I find these terms to accept them? No. I've tried resetting my TV to factory default and logging out of my Samsung account and back in I even created a new Samsung account as well in the hope this would trigger these terms so I can accept them. Please help.

    My UE55ES8000 has started to not work, it started about a week ago when the screen suddenly started flashing bright colors and lines, after a few seconds the tv switched itself off then rebooted, the smart tv logo appeared and then it turned off again, it repeated this several times until it stopped turning on at all and just made clicking sounds like it was attempting to turn on but immediately switches off, over and over. I then unplugged it and checked all the power connections, all was found to be ok. after plugging it back in and turning it on everything was fine. Over the course of the week it did this several times again. It has happened again today before I went to work so I unplugged it and went to work, it was unplugged all day and on returning home I plugged it back in and it immediately carried on from where it left off with the constant clicking, every now and again some bright colors appear on the screen for about 10 second and the clicking stops, Its now been several hours that this has been going on now with no success., just the constant clicking.

    I have the 55" ES8000 smart TV and I have the latest firmware updates downloaded. The Smarthub has always been very slow to open apps and BBCi player and other TV services. It barely works on Wireless, way too slow..(with router in the same room as my tv), so I am running a wired connection from my router with a 60Mb service and even then it often buffers, especially on Samsung 3D content. Sometimes it says loading (But never does). You have to leave the Smarthub then start it again 2 - 3 Times before it will access the internet or Tv apps. Will the evolution kit correct all these problems? Or do I have to hope this can be put right through more updates? Does the Evo kit improve WiFi or download speeds or just processing? Any help appreciated, this could be perfect - an otherwise brilliant Tv that is feeling very average due to poor operation of its Smart features

    I had my 55ES8000U installed on a wall stand and in a new house move I wish to mount on the original stand which I still have. My question is what sized bolts/screws are needed and how many to attach to the table stand for this TV. Thanks! Mike.

    I have a ue55es8000 smart hub tv with latest firmware - T-ECPDEUC-2011.1, BT - S/G. My tv network name is called TV1. My iphone is paired with my tv and recognises TV1. However if I try to select a youtube video on my iphone, it gives me the option to display on my phone or TV1. However when I select the TV1, nothing happens. When I launch smarthub on my tv, launch the youtube app on the tv and then open a video through youtube on my iphone, my phone sees TV3 and and once I click on TV3 the youtube video on my phone automatically plays on the TV. The weird thing is I dont understand where TV3 is coming from? I only have 1 tv in the house. Also I should not have to manually go through smart hub and launch the youtube app and then launch the youtube app on my phone and play a video for it to display, it should work automatically. I have tried this at my friends place with my iphone and his samsung f8000 tv and it works perfectly. The tv automatically launches the youtube and plays the video I select on my phone. I have already updated the firmware and tried multiple phones at home but to no joy. This should work automatically. Has anyone seen this problem or have a fix?

    Hi, Below are a few steps to try to connect your two products; 1.) On your TV select menu and choose the option for Network. 2.) Here you will see an option for Soft AP. 3.)
