    Is there a F8500 version for the 65 inch television? What is the difference between the F8000 and the F85000 versions of the televisions. Use the 55 inch versions as examples.

    I have just bought the 65" F8000 and had to buy a Ext hard drive to record on to i bought a 500GB HD now when i set the TV to record it starts and only records about 6-8 seconds then stops saying it failed because of no signal, also if i watch the program im recording then switch channels i cant see any other channels because i have no signal yet when im not recording i have a great signal can you tell me why this is happening.

    I've owned this tv since august, however I have recently noticed uneven lighting presented by a darker stripe down the screen. It's most obvious with moving brightly lit scenes. Is this a known issue? Can it be repaired? is this covered under the standard warranty?

    Hi. I have purchased this tv a month ago but noticed that there is an uneven light on the screen by a inch wide vertical stripe on the right hand side that is darker than the rest of the screen. You dont always see it but on certain programs it seems to stand out more

    Hi Cseejay, There is a picture test that you can do from your TV to check the screen. You can access the picture test by; 1: Pressing menu button on your remote 2: Scroll down to support 3: Select self diagnosis 4: Select picture test You will have three tests, please follow the insturctions on screen. If you can still see the verticle line on any of the tests then please call our technical support team on 0330 7267864 to get the TV looked at by one of our engineers. Hope this helps.

    Hi, I use my tv to control an HDMI-CEC enabled media centre. I was using the tv remote successfully to control the media centre for some time, however after the latest firmware upgrade of the tv, the exit button no longer works the CEC device. Can you advise how to report bugs in firmware?
